We have our own Challenge for the New Year 2017!

To inspire, educate and increase awareness of good nutrition that fights inflammation and infection (i.e., immuno-nutrition), we will write an ‘alphabet’ of articles!

Articles include hints for every day life, like how to pick the best food, what to order on a restaurant menu, and how to cook something very nicely! Chances are that each letter represents a Series of articles we wrote on one subject matter! We’re serious!

Be mindful to encourage your child and teen to start cooking something age-appropriate, too, so they will have immuno-nutrition with them their whole lives through – and they’ll feel the difference vs. eating too much sugar or stuffing themselves too full. That’s what good immuno-nutrition does.
